Please review our return and exchange policy below before starting a request.

Return Window

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Unaltered
  • Free of stains, odors, makeup, hair, dust, or damage
  • Returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories if included

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as non-returnable
  • Used, damaged, or altered items
  • Items returned without original packaging or tags
  • Products with signs of wear, odor, stains, or damage

Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or style? We offer exchanges on eligible items, subject to availability.

If the item you want is out of stock, we may issue a refund or store credit instead.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  • Your order number
  • Your full name
  • The item you wish to return or exchange
  • The reason for the return or exchange
  • Photos if the item arrived damaged or incorrect

Our customer support team will provide return instructions if your request is approved.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Brimfield Co. is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can help resolve it as quickly as possible.

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has been approved but you have not received it yet, please check with your bank or payment provider first. Processing times may vary.
