How do I place an order?

Simply choose your favorite hat, select the size and color if available, add it to your cart, and complete checkout using a secure payment method.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at [support@brimfieldco.com].

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?

Please contact us immediately. If the order has not shipped yet, we will do our best to update the address.

Brimfield Co. is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Sizing

How do I know my hat size?

Use a soft measuring tape and measure around your head, just above your ears and across your forehead.

Compare your measurement with our Size Guide before ordering.

What if I am between sizes?

If you are between sizes, we usually recommend choosing the larger size for a more comfortable fit.

You may also use hat size reducer tape for small adjustments.

Do all hats fit the same?

Different hat styles, materials, and shapes may fit slightly differently. Please check the product description and Size Guide before purchasing.

Will the hat color look exactly like the photo?

We do our best to display colors accurately, but colors may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, screen settings, and production differences.

How should I care for my hat?

Keep your hat dry when possible. Use a soft brush or clean cloth to remove dust. Store your hat in a cool, dry place and avoid crushing the brim or crown.

Can I wear my hat in the rain?

Some hats may tolerate light moisture, but we recommend avoiding heavy rain or prolonged water exposure, especially for felt, straw, or structured hats.

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with original packaging and tags if included.

Can I exchange my hat for another size?

Yes, eligible items may be exchanged for another size, color, or style, subject to availability.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

What should I do if my item arrived damaged?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
